Dance and Gym Expressions was established in 1987 to provide Stafford with professional instruction for students one year to adult. We, at Dance and Gym Expressions are excited to share in your child's physical development. Our program is carefully designed to meet the needs of each child.

Because each child is different, each child deserves the opportunity to develop his or her own skill. Students progress as their skill improves. Placement is done according to ability.

This is a one hour instructional class. Students experience creative dance, children's aerobics and gymnastics.
